Introduction

Mechanical Engineer is concerned with the design and manufacture of miscellaneous machines. He may also be engaged in structural engineering, in transportation engineering and in automobile industries. In Birbhum Institute of Engineering & Technology, a student in Mechanical engineering will be given extensive training in machine designs, engineering measurements, thermal engineering, energy conversion systems etc. He will also have the option of studying Robotics computer aided design etc.
